PLEASE ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT RESUME. This scholarship award shall be based primarily on scholastic merit. However, as a prerequisite for consideration, the recipient must demonstrate a commitment to the Jewish community. This could include, but is not limited to, active membership in a synagogue youth group, B’nai B’rith youth group, participation in synagogue religious activities, and volunteer work with Jewish institutions such as, but not limited to, the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home, any Jewish school, Jewish Family Service, or Jewish camps. If desired, you may also include additional documentation, not to exceed one page, to further describe how you meet this prerequisite.
