1. Stop by the JCC Member Services Desk anytime we are open
Location: 333 South 132nd Street | Enter through the Phil Sokolof Fitness Center Entrance
Hours:  Mon-Thur, 5a-10p |  Fri, 5a-7p  | Sat & Sun, 7:30a-7p

2. Bring a photo ID and a form of payment
Check or credit card is excepted. Payment can be made in full or monthly auto bank draft.

3. Complete the JCC membership contract
You can fill it out now, click here to download the contract. Or fill out the contract when you arrive at the JCC.
